The top floor has an Enclosure with Jacuzzi which comfortably seats six to eight people, a captains’ table for four, a comfy sofa and a cocktail area with bar-fridge, all with a lovely view across the bay. On the Roof Terrace there are two sun loungers for sunbathing, a four seater outdoor dining table and an umbrella to allow hours of relaxation and enjoyment in privacy when the sun is up and the wind is down. Enjoy sweeping views across the bay to Table mountain in the distance, as well as the bustle of fun on the beach below.

The master bedroom “Lion room” has its own balcony out to the beach side of the house, a king size bed, build-in cupboards and its own stylish en-suite bathroom. Go to bed and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Enjoy views of the ocean from your bed! There is also a small desk should you need to make a quick video-call or need to do some remote working. The room has air conditioning, slide back doors for sea breeze and excellent WiFi signal.

The guest bathroom on the second floor is for the two bedrooms that are on this level down the hall from the master bedroom. It has a shower-bath, toilet and basin with large mirror. All in a contemporary, modern style.

We call this the “Buffalo room“. It offers a good night’s rest for two guests sharing a double bed. It has build-in cupboards, a dresser and air conditioning. The windows have a lockable screens allowing fresh air to circulate while windows are open.

This wonderful open plan living area offers sea views from everywhere and easy flow from Kitchen to main balcony. Comfortably furnished and air-conditioned, this space is an entertainers dream. It includes an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, leading to a furnished balcony with gas BBQ “braai” which all flow effortlessly together. The Smart TV allows you to use your own Netflix, Amazon Prime and many more entertainment options.

From the living area you step though large slide open glass doors onto your private shaded balcony. You will feel like you are on the beach, yet just far enough away to not have sand in your shoes. Enjoy meals at our eight seater outdoor dining table and BBQ “braai” on our large gas BBQ. Enjoy refreshing cocktails or the finest Cape wines whilst watching the most spectacular sunsets!

Our well appointed and fully equipped kitchen is designed in the style of a gully on a yacht, with all cupboards and cooking facilities in close reach. You even have a “lookout window” to keep a watchful eye on your family and friends while preparing delicious food. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances like the built-in fridge and freezer that makes preparing food a breeze.

This area called the “Rhino room” is divided into a “kids room” that can be closed by large sandblasted glass sliding doors and an “activity room” . It offers a two-sleeper bunk beds, an ‘office’ area with a desk and office chair. The activity area offers with a lounge-bar area and an indoor fire or BBQ “braai” place. Here you will also find a large table and bench on wheels for arts and crafts activities. This area is perfect for those wet, rainy and windy winter days where you want to host but inside seems cozier.

The living room level bathroom also serves the “Rhino room” and living area with the usual stylish design of this house. Single basin, toilet, a bath tub with shower. Conveniently located with easy access and use when on this level.

A spare room called the “Leopard room” is next to the Laundry room and can be used as an extra bedroom with shower, basin and toilet. It has a Murphy-bed that folds down, perfect if you travel in a large group and needs this extra space. All in the usual tasteful design as the rest of the house. The “Leopard room” is connected to the “Rhino room’s” activity area via a staircase and it also provides exit/entry to the parking area for easy entry/exit to rest of the house.

State of the art modern laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are located next to the “Leopard room“. It can also be accessed via the common area across from the front-door and garage entry . This facility is available to guests who booked 3 days or longer.

A shaded parking bay is allocated to your unit and located behind a remote controlled security gate. Two additional visitors parking areas are clearly indicated for short-term visits. Access to the building is easy from here via a key coded locked back entrance door or via the “Leopard’s room” entry/exit door.

The front entrance is central and right across the street from Gordon’s Bay Main Beach. Amenities such as Hair dressers, shops, taverns and restaurants are all right there!
